Join us for a free one hour seminar about Pet Trusts and Legacy Giving presented by Antony Eminowicz Esq. and Susan Diamond from New York Life. About our Speakers:
Antony M. Eminowicz, Esq is a dual-qualified attorney, licensed to practice in both New York as well as England and Wales. He earned his Master of Laws Degree from Albany Law School and is a member of the New York Bar. He has over 10 years of experience dealing with elder law and estate planning issues.
Susan Diamond, MSW, is a Financial Professional with New York Life who helps individuals and business owners create, build and preserve wealth. Building off more than three decades’ leadership experience, and driving strategic growth and visibility within the nonprofit arena helped Susan form the basis for her present concentration. Susan joined New York Life last year and specializes in providing creative solutions to the region’s nonprofits and their donors to help maximize their mission impact. Susan works with clients and their professional advisors on how life insurance can be used to transfer wealth and become a source of innovation when discussing how to use it for the purpose of charitable giving. Susan has over 30 years’ experience within the nonprofit field working with both large and grass root organizations and their donors. Twenty five of these years have been spent in various leadership roles as both a board member and employee, including an Executive Director who established a foundation, and a business consultant who founded Link2Change. Susan is a member of the Hudson Valley Estate Planning Council, the Association of Fundraising Professionals (AFP), and she serves on the YWCA of Ulster County Board and the New Paltz Community Foundation Board of Directors. Susan holds a Bachelor of Science degree from Marist College, a Master’s degree in Social Work from Fordham University, and is a Licensed Insurance Agent.
