Event Description:
A 1970’s cultural revolution steeped in knowledge of self, music, graffiti art, break dancing, DJ’ing and emceeing became the global phenomenon called Hip Hop. Hip Hop artist, JB!! aka Dirty Moses and DJ Trumastr, will give a brief lesson and demonstration on the history and reasoning behind the movement.

JB!! aka Dirty Moses is a recording artist, DJ, producer, rapper-singer-songwriter from Harlem, NY living in Albany. A natural showman, JB!! is well known for his energy and charisma on stage as well as his diverse arsenal of verbal weaponry.

DJ Trumastr, voted Albany, NY’s best DJ several years in a row. Trumastr applies his impressive knowledge and understanding of music in his turntablism and work. He thinks about music in a clever and unique way, personally hand picking each song creating the perfect soundtrack for every event.
