BEING PREPARED! Topics include vessel fires and fire-fighting, emergency radio operation, proper location of emergency machinery, first aid, stability and buoyancy, small vessel regulations, life boats, life floats, PFD’s, and other survival equipment, safety and rescue, plus a how-to review of basic emergency repairs.
