Our December 10th Virtual Breakfast Meeting will feature Kingston native Jimmy DeCicco, who will discuss how he and his brothers created a world class brand known as Kitu Life. Kitu Life is the maker of Super Coffee, Super Creamer, and other Positive Energy products. Founded by Jimmy, Jake, and Jordan DeCicco in 2015—the company now has 85 full time employees nationwide, with a valuation of more than $200M.
The business began when college student-athlete Jordan DeCicco needed an energy boost to help him keep up with his rigorous schedule. He found the mainstream bottled coffees and energy drinks were riddled with sugar & chemicals, so his solution was to remove this negative energy, and replace it with Positive Energy: coffee, protein, natural sweetener, MCT oil... and nothing artificial. With just a blender, Jordan started whipping up batches of Super Coffee in his dorm room and it wasn't long before his teammates, coaches, professors, and classmates became interested in his healthy drinks and started buying the beverages themselves.
