We are seeking a highly organized and professional Customer Service Representative to serve as a vital link between our Sales and Operations departments. This role involves managing shipment registrations, coordinating logistics, coordinating moves for military service members, and providing exceptional customer service throughout the moving process.
Responsibilities
- Act as a liaison between Sales and Operations to ensure seamless communication and workflow.
- Register shipments in both Arnoff and NAVL systems (Movers Suite)
- Communicate with customers throughout the moving process, including confirming dates, arranging payments, and addressing paperwork questions.
- Coordinate moving dates, warehouse access, and carton deliveries.
- Provide support and information to customers via phone, email, online chat, text, or in person.
- Working with both Commercial, Logistics, Military and Residential Moves
- Enter and manage customer orders for new or additional services.
- Address customer inquiries and complaints, escalating when necessary.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and account details.
- Ensure timely and appropriate resolution of customer concerns.
Education Requirements
- High School Diploma required
Experience Requirements
- 1 Year prior experience in customer service (or related field) and/or logistics preferred.
Qualifications
- Professional demeanor with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong computer proficiency and data entry skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, Teams, Outlook and Adobe E-sign.
- Comfortable handling phone communications while multitasking.
