  • About

    The Ulster County Clerk's Office acts as Custodian of the Records for the County. We oversee records dating back to 1683 including deeds, mortgages, judgments, liens, maps, civil and criminal actions. Motor vehicle services are also available in the County Office Building or from our mobile bus that travels to five towns in Ulster County each week. If you are interested in becoming a notary or obtaining a US passport, applications and permits are available through the County Clerk's Office.
