Chazen Announces Expansion of Construction Services

The Chazen Companies is pleased to announce the expansion of their construction services with the addition of Joseph Delaney, Ph.D., P.E., LEED AP, PgMP, CCM as Director of Construction Services.
Dr. Delaney brings to the position 25 years of experience as a construction professional. Previously President of C & S Design Build Inc., he started the agency in the construction management business, and worked on projects in the education, municipal, water/wastewater, airport and private development sectors.
During his academic career, Dr. Delaney earned his B.S., M.S., and Ph.D. in Civil Engineering from the State University of New York at Buffalo. He is a licensed professional engineer, holds the Program Management Professional (PgMP) credential, is a Certified Construction Manager (CCM) and a Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design (LEED) accredited professional.
