New Ulster Chamber Director of Membership Engagement

David Gagnon, Chairman of the Ulster County Regional Chamber of Commerce Board of Directors, announced today that Jess Davis of Kingston has joined the staff of the Chamber of Commerce as Director of Membership Engagement on a part-time basis. In her new role, Ms. Davis will be working with Carol Ricken, the Chamber’s Membership Director, and will focus on membership attraction, retention and engagement. Among other duties, Jess will be visiting and speaking with existing chamber members with a goal toward enhancing their membership experience. Ms. Davis will also assist in boosting the Chamber’s social media presence. 

Prior to joining the chamber staff, Ms. Davis worked in management positions with local financial institutions. She also served as a member of several Boards of Directors for local not-for-profit organizations including the Ulster Chamber, Junior League of Kingston, HealthAlliance Foundation, and MAC Park Kids.

In addition to her position with the Chamber, Ms. Davis owns and operates Unwind Boutique Nail Spa in Kingston. 

Chamber Board Chair David Gagnon welcomed Jess to the Chamber staff, “Jess brings a wealth of experience that will help our Chamber continue to grow by providing additional services to enhance benefit members.  I’m looking forward to having Jess as a key director on the Chamber staff.”

On her new role with the Chamber of Commerce, Ms. Davis said “I’m excited to combine my commitment to our community and passion for our chamber to now be able to serve our members on a deeper level.”

The Ulster County Regional Chamber of Commerce is the largest business advocacy organization in the region, with more than 1,000 members.
