Tharaldson Hospitality Management Hires New General Manager at Courtyard Kingston

Tharaldson Hospitality Management is excited to welcome Joe Cilione as the new General Manager at the Courtyard Kingston, a hotel located on Frank Sottile Blvd. in Kingston, NY and owned and operated by Tharaldson Hospitality Management.
 
Cilione started his new position on December 11th, 2019. The responsibilities of the role include managing hotel staff, guest room cleanliness, company policy compliance, and much more. 

Cilione has been in the hospitality industry for almost 22 years. Starting as a front desk agent in high school, he worked his way through college at the University of Maryland College Park. After graduating with a degree in Business Administration, he’s had roles as Sales Manager, Property Support, and Assistant General Manager. Now enjoying his new role as General Manager with Tharaldson Hospitality Management, Cilione says he’s most excited about getting to know the guests, as well as fueling his competitive side in the industry.

“I’m most excited about the growth of the company,” said Cilione. “I’m looking forward to reaching my next goal of an area or regional leadership position and hope to do so with THM!”
