Pay Rate and Hours:
- $20 per hour
- 40 hours per week (weekends off)
- Support records retention efforts by reviewing, documenting, and preparing reports on existing files for administrative review and disposal
- Help coordinate administrative workflows and document management processes
- Perform general administrative duties, including data entry, scheduling support, and communication coordination
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Comfortable working with both physical and digital records
- Ability to communicate clearly and work collaboratively
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) preferred
- Practical experience in records management and administrative operations
- Exposure to public sector organizational workflows and cross-departmental collaboration
