  • About

The Ulster County SPCA is a non-profit animal welfare organization in the business of helping, healing, and adopting abused, neglected and homeless animals. Simply put, we save lives. As a no-kill facility and the only Humane Law Enforcement organization in the county, we take in animals from a variety of circumstances, providing not only the basics of food, water and shelter, but also veterinary treatment, behavioral modification, and environmental enrichment to put them on the road to recovery and a new “forever” home.
